This guide is written for the staff of firms that hold a Tourante licence. It walks you through your daily work in Tourante screen by screen: from taking a request to preparing an offer, from running an operation file to planning transfers and settling accounts with agencies.

The three faces of Tourante

  • Firm panel — the web panel that opens at the path /app on your firm’s Tourante address. The firm’s managers and operations staff run their work from here. Every menu of the panel is described in the guide’s “Firm panel” section.
  • Agency portal — the panel that opens at the path /acente on the same address and is reserved for the users of the agencies that work with your firm. Here agencies enter reservations for guaranteed departures and follow their own reservations. Details: Agency portal.
  • Phone app — the Tourante app the firm’s staff use on their phones: the day’s work, requests, offers, operation files, transfers, notifications, agencies, suppliers and hotels.

Not everyone sees the same menu

What you see in the panel depends on two things:
  • Your role. The firm’s manager sees every menu of the panel, firm settings included; operations staff see the screens of the daily work; an agency user signs in only to the agency portal.
  • The modules switched on for your firm. If a module is off, its menus do not appear in the panel at all.
If a page does not appear for you, the reason is usually one of these two. Each page states separately who cannot see it and why. Roles, modules and licence warnings are described together on the Sign-in and roles page.

Where to start

  1. If you are signing in to the panel for the first time, start with the Sign-in and roles page: setting your password through the invitation link, signing in and resetting your password are described there.
  2. For the first screen that opens after you sign in, see the Panelim page.
  3. Then carry on according to your work: requests and offers, operation files, guaranteed departures, transfers and daily operations.
  4. The firm’s settings, users and data export are for the firm’s manager: Firm settings.
