The Tourante phone app brings the daily work of the firm panel to your phone: the day’s summary, requests, offers, operation files, transfers, guaranteed departures, notifications, supplier cards and, for a manager, agency and hotel cards and the agencies’ current accounts. You sign in to the app with the e-mail address and password you use in the firm panel; no separate account is created. This page describes what happens from the moment you first open the app up to the menu.

Who uses the app

At present, the app is for the firm’s staff: «Yönetici» (manager) and «Operasyon elemanı» (operations staff) use the same app. What you see on the screens depends, as in the firm panel, on your role and on the modules switched on for your firm (Sign-in and roles). Two-step verification is required for the «Yönetici». Managers and other users who have turned two-step verification on sign in on the phone too: after your password, the app asks for the code your authenticator app generates (below, in the “Signing in” section). You cannot set up two-step verification on the phone; you set it up in the firm panel (Sign-in and roles). Separate screens have been designed for agency users and guides; for example, the «Dosyalarım» (my files) tab for agencies and the «Takvim» (calendar) tab for guides. These surfaces are not ready yet and do not appear in the published app. Agency users run their work through the Agency portal.

When the app opens

Each time you open the app, a short loading screen appears first. Meanwhile the app reads your saved session and checks whether it can reach your firm’s installation and whether your session is still valid. Then:
  • if your session is valid, the «Bugün» (today) screen opens directly;
  • if you have no session or it has ended, the sign-in screen opens;
  • if the app cannot work with your installation, the block screen opens (below, in the “Block screen” section).
Your session persists even when you close and reopen the app; you do not need to sign in again each time.

Signing in

«TurOS» is written in the middle of the sign-in screen.
  1. At the first sign-in, write your firm’s Tourante address in the address field at the very top of the screen. This is the address at which you open the firm panel in the browser; you can paste the address from the browser as it is, and the app uses only the domain name.
  2. In the «E-posta» (e-mail) and «Parola» (password) fields, write the details you use in the firm panel. The eye icon in the password field («Parolayı göster» (show password)) shows the password you have typed.
  3. Press the «Giriş Yap» (sign in) button. The button becomes active once the address, e-mail and password are filled in.
  4. If two-step verification is on for your account, the «Kimliğinizi doğrulayın» (verify your identity) screen opens. Write the code your authenticator app generates in the «Doğrulama kodu» (verification code) field and press the «Girişi doğrula» (verify sign-in) button. If you cannot reach your authenticator app, press the «Kurtarma kodu kullan» (use a recovery code) link and write one of your recovery codes in the «Kurtarma kodu» (recovery code) field; each recovery code is valid only once (below, in the “The two-step verification code” section).
With «Giriş Yap», the app tries the address first. If the address is right, the app remembers it: at later sign-ins, in place of the address field, only the address appears, with the «Değiştir» (change) link next to it. To connect to another installation, press the «Değiştir» link; the address is forgotten and the field opens again. If a problem occurs while the address is being tried, the reason is written below the field:
  • «Sunucuya ulaşılamadı. Adresi ve bağlantınızı kontrol edin.» (The server could not be reached. Check the address and your connection.) — the address has been mistyped or your phone has no internet connection.
  • «Kurulum şu an yanıt vermiyor. Biraz sonra yeniden deneyin.» (The installation is not responding right now. Try again a little later.)
  • «Bu adreste Tourante mobil erişimi bulunamadı. Adres doğruysa kurulumunuz henüz güncellenmemiş olabilir; ofisinize bildirin.» (No Tourante mobile access was found at this address. If the address is right, your installation may not have been updated yet; let your office know.)
  • «Kurulumunuz bu uygulama sürümünden eski. Ofisinize bildirin.» (Your installation is older than this version of the app. Let your office know.) — the installation’s version information may also be written next to it.
  • «Uygulamanın yeni sürümünü yükleyin.» (Install the new version of the app.) — the app on your phone has fallen behind your installation.
  • If too many attempts have been made in a short time, it states after how many seconds you can try again.
If your e-mail address or password is not accepted, Tourante’s explanation appears in red below the form. If sign-in with the same e-mail address fails 10 times within 15 minutes (a wrong password, a wrong verification code or a wrong recovery code), sign-in with that address is locked, and below the form it says after how many seconds you can try again. This count is shared with failed sign-ins in the firm panel and the agency portal (Sign-in and roles). Even when your details are right, in one case the app does not let you sign in: you have the «Yönetici» role and have not set up two-step verification yet. Tourante’s explanation again appears below the form:
  • «Hesabınız için iki adımlı doğrulama zorunlu ve henüz kurulmadı. Önce web panelinden giriş yapıp kurulumu tamamlayın; sonra telefondan doğrulama koduyla girebilirsiniz.» (Two-step verification is required for your account and has not been set up yet. First sign in from the web panel and complete the set-up; then you can sign in from the phone with a verification code.)
In this case, first sign in to the firm panel and set up two-step verification (Sign-in and roles), then sign in on the phone with your password and your verification code. Having two-step verification on for your account, or a password someone else set, does not stop the sign-in: the app adds a step to the sign-in for each (below, in the “The two-step verification code” and “A password someone else set” sections). When you turn two-step verification on in the firm panel, your session on the phone ends; when you sign in again, the app asks for the verification code.

The two-step verification code

The «Kimliğinizi doğrulayın» screen asks for the same code as the code step of the firm panel’s sign-in page. The eye icon in the recovery code field («Parolayı göster») shows the code you have typed. If the code is not accepted, Tourante’s explanation appears below the field and the field is cleared; you can write the code again. After your password is accepted, you must enter the code within 5 minutes: if you press «Girişi doğrula» after the time has run out, the app goes back to the sign-in screen and shows the explanation «Doğrulama süresi doldu. Lütfen yeniden giriş yapın.» (The verification has expired. Please sign in again.) The back button at the top of the screen also goes back to the sign-in screen. You cannot set up two-step verification on the phone, and you cannot see your recovery codes on the phone; both are done in the firm panel (Sign-in and roles).

If you have forgotten your password

The «Parolamı unuttum» (forgot my password) link opens your firm’s password reset page in your phone’s browser; the link works once the address has been entered. The reset steps are the same as in the firm panel (Sign-in and roles). After setting your new password, go back to the app and sign in. The note at the bottom of the screen reminds you of this: «Parolamı unuttum yalnız firma personelinde vardır. Davet bağlantısı e-postayla gelir, buradan girilmez.» (Forgot my password exists only for the firm’s staff. The invitation link comes by e-mail; it is not used here.) If you started on Tourante by invitation, first set your password with the link in the e-mail, then sign in to the app.

A password someone else set

If someone else set your password on your behalf (for example, your manager created a user for you or set a new password for you), the app asks you to set your own password right after the sign-in; you do not need to sign in to the firm panel first. If two-step verification is also on for your account, this screen comes after the verification code. If you have the «Yönetici» role and have not set up two-step verification yet, this screen does not appear: the app stops the sign-in with the explanation above, and you must first sign in to the firm panel and set up two-step verification.
  1. The «Parolanızı değiştirin» (change your password) screen opens and says «Parolanız sizin adınıza belirlendi ve başkası tarafından biliniyor. Güvenliğiniz için kendi belirlediğiniz bir parolayla değiştirin.» (Your password was set on your behalf and is known by someone else. For your security, change it to a password you choose yourself.)
  2. In the «Yeni parola» (new password) and «Yeni parola (tekrar)» (new password, again) fields, write a password of your own choice; the password must be at least 8 characters long, and below the «Yeni parola» field it says «En az 8 karakter.» (at least 8 characters). The eye icon in each field («Parolayı göster») shows the password you have typed.
  3. Press the «Parolayı değiştir» (change password) button. The notification «Parolanız değiştirildi.» (your password has been changed) appears and the sign-in is complete.
If the password is not accepted, Tourante’s explanation appears below the field concerned. This screen is also valid for 5 minutes; if you press «Parolayı değiştir» after the time has run out, the app goes back to the sign-in screen and you sign in from the start. You can also set your password in the firm panel before the phone, in the «Parolanızı değiştirin» window (Sign-in and roles). On the phone, this screen appears only at sign-in, when someone else has set your password; the app has no screen for changing your password whenever you like.

The notification permission screen

Right after you sign in, the «Opsiyon süresi dolmadan haberiniz olsun» (be told before an option expires) screen may appear, once only. This screen comes only in this case: you have not answered this question before, the «Operasyonlar» (operations) module is switched on for your firm, and an option in your files has reached its last days or has expired. The screen lists the cases in which Tourante will let you know: «Opsiyona 3 gün kala ve süresi dolduğunda» (3 days before an option ends and when it expires), «Acenteden yeni talep geldiğinde» (when a new request comes from an agency) and «Acente garanti departa rezervasyon yaptığında» (when an agency makes a reservation for a guaranteed departure). Below them, the quiet hours (22:00 – 07:00) are written.
  • «Bildirimlere İzin Ver» (allow notifications) saves your preference and moves on to the «Bugün» screen.
  • «Şimdi değil» also saves your preference and moves on to the «Bugün» screen.
The note at the bottom of the screen states the situation plainly: «Bugün bu bildirimler e-postayla geliyor. Push altyapısı henüz yok — bu ekran kararı bekliyor.» (At present these notifications come by e-mail. There is no push infrastructure yet — this screen is awaiting a decision.) So, for now, no instant notifications come to your phone. You see the warnings by e-mail and on the app’s «Bildirimler» (notifications) screen (Today and notifications). If your installation supports it, you can switch the option deadline e-mails off and on from the account menu (below, in the “Account menu and signing out” section).

Block screen

If the app cannot work with your installation while it is opening or while you are using it, a block screen that covers the whole screen appears and states the reason.
  • If the installation cannot be reached — if the installation is not responding, or the versions of the installation and the app do not match, one of the explanations of the sign-in screen and the installation’s address appear. Below them are the «Tekrar dene» (try again) and «Değiştir» buttons; «Değiştir» returns to the sign-in screen so that you can enter another address.
  • If Tourante does not accept the session — if the app’s version has fallen behind, your firm’s licence is inactive, or your details could not be read while your session was opening, Tourante’s explanation appears. Below it are the «Tekrar dene» and «Çıkış yap» (sign out) buttons.
«Tekrar dene» runs the same check again; if too many attempts have been made in a short time, it stays disabled until the waiting time is over. The block screen does not lock you in: in every case you can try again, change the address or sign out. A licence problem is solved by your firm’s manager (Sign-in and roles).

Warnings above the screens

If your installation supports it, the app also shows on the phone the warnings that appear above the firm panel’s pages. The warnings sit at the top of the «Bugün» screen and of the other main screens in the menu; they do not appear on the pages opened from these screens, such as a file’s page. None of them can be dismissed, and each is seen on the phone only by whoever sees it in the panel:
  • Licence expiry banner — when little time is left before your licence or your trial ends, visible only to the «Yönetici» (manager) role. It states how many days are left, the date after which access to the panel will close and Tourante’s support address for extending the licence. In the last three days the banner turns from yellow to red (Sign-in and roles).
  • Licence information warning — if your firm’s licence information could not be updated for some time, visible only to the «Yönetici» role. The app keeps working normally; however, a change made to the licence (an extension, a module switched on) may not have reached it yet. If the warning persists, write to the support address in the warning.
  • «Destek oturumu açık» (support session open) — while the Tourante support team is working in your firm’s panel, visible to all of the firm’s users. It states that the support team is working with manager permissions and when access will end (Support and feedback). If your installation supports it, the «Yönetici» role also sees the «Destek Erişimi’ne git» (go to support access) link on this notice, as on the panel’s banner: the link opens the «Destek Erişimi» (support access) page on the phone, where you follow or end the access (below, in the “Support access” section).
After you sign in, the app’s main screen opens. On the phone there is a menu bar at the bottom of the screen; the first tab is always the «Bugün» screen. The tabs are arranged in this order, according to the modules switched on for your firm: On the phone the first four tabs sit on the bar; the rest are under the «Daha» (more) tab. If all modules are switched on, the bar shows «Bugün», «Talepler», «Teklifler» and «Dosyalar»; «Transferler», «Departlar», «Günlük Operasyon» and «Bildirimler» are in the «Daha» list. If a module is off, its tab does not appear at all and the following tabs move forward. When you choose a screen from the «Daha» list, the screen opens and «Daha» stays selected on the bar. Each tab keeps its own page history: if a file is open in one tab and you switch to another tab and come back, the file stays open. Tapping the selected tab again returns to that tab’s first page. On tablets and wide screens, instead of the menu bar there is a side menu on the left, and all the tabs sit there; «Daha» does not appear. Lists open in two panes: the list on the left, the details of the record you choose on the right. If you have not chosen a record yet, the right side reads «Soldan bir kayıt seçin» (choose a record on the left). You can refresh most lists by pulling them down with your finger. In long lists, the rest loads automatically when you reach the end.

Account menu and signing out

Your initials at the top right of the «Bugün» screen open a menu. With «Çıkış yap» you end the session on this device and go back to the sign-in screen. The installation’s address is still remembered; you write only your e-mail address and password again. If your installation supports it, the menu also holds «Açık Oturumlar» (open sessions): there you see the devices you are signed in on and end the others’ sessions (below, in the “Open sessions” section). If you have the «Yönetici» role and your installation supports it, the menu also holds «Destek Erişimi» and «Kullanıcılar» (users); as in the firm panel, both appear only to the «Yönetici» role (below, in the “Support access” and “Users” sections). If the «Geri Bildirim» (feedback) module is on in your firm and your installation supports it, the menu also holds «Geri Bildirim», whatever your role (below, in the “Feedback” section). If your installation supports it, the same menu also holds the «Opsiyon e-postalarını kapat» (switch off option e-mails) button; if your e-mails are off, the button is called «Opsiyon e-postalarını aç» (switch on option e-mails). Press the button and, in the window that opens, press the «Onayla» (confirm) button; the notification «Opsiyon e-postaları kapatıldı.» (Option e-mails have been switched off.) or «Opsiyon e-postaları açıldı.» (Option e-mails have been switched on.) appears. This is the firm panel’s own option e-mail preference: a preference you change on the phone or in the panel holds in both. The preference affects only your option deadline e-mails; the notifications in the app and in the panel keep coming, and the pro forma invoice e-mails you send are not affected by this preference either (Panelim). If your session ends on the Tourante side, the app takes you back to the sign-in screen and shows Tourante’s explanation once. When your password changes, or when you turn two-step verification on in the firm panel, Tourante ends all your sessions on phones. When you change your password on the phone, on the «Parolanızı değiştirin» screen at sign-in, your sessions on other phones end too; only the phone you have just signed in on stays signed in. When you end a device’s session from another of your devices, on the «Açık Oturumlar» page, the device whose session you ended also goes back to the sign-in screen the next time it connects to Tourante.

Open sessions

If your installation supports it, «Açık Oturumlar» in the account menu opens the list of the phones and tablets signed in to Tourante with your account. At the top of the page it reads «TurOS’a giriş yapmış telefon ve tabletleriniz. Kaybettiğiniz ya da artık kullanmadığınız bir cihazın oturumunu buradan kapatabilirsiniz.» (Your phones and tablets signed in to Tourante. You can end the session of a device you have lost or no longer use from here.) The list shows only your own sessions; no one, a manager included, can see another user’s sessions here. Each card shows the device’s type (iOS or Android) and an eight-character identifier created when the app was installed on that device, when the device signed in, when it last connected to Tourante (once it has connected since signing in) and when the session expires. The list starts with the card of the device you are using now; that card reads «Bu cihaz» (this device). If you have no session on another device, «Başka bir cihazda açık oturumunuz yok.» (You have no open session on another device.) appears below the list. A device on which you deleted and reinstalled the app appears with a new identifier; the old session stays as a separate card until it expires or you end it. If the list cannot be read, the heading «Açık oturumlar okunamadı» (open sessions could not be read), the reason and the «Tekrar dene» button appear. To end another device’s session, press the «Oturumu kapat» (end session) button on that device’s card. The window that opens shows the device by its type and identifier, as on its card, and asks for confirmation; press «Oturumu kapat» again in the window, or step back with «Vazgeç» (cancel). Once the session has ended, the notification «Oturum kapatıldı.» (Session ended.) appears and the list is refreshed. That device goes back to the sign-in screen the next time it connects to Tourante; you can sign in on it again. If the action cannot be completed, a notification giving the reason appears and the card stays in the list; when the connection dropped or Tourante could not answer at that moment, the notification also holds «Tekrar dene». The card of this device has no «Oturumu kapat»: you end the session on this device with «Çıkış yap» in the menu. If your phone has been lost or stolen, open the «Açık Oturumlar» page on another phone or tablet on which you are signed in to the phone app, end that phone’s session, and change your password too. You can end another device’s session only from a phone or tablet signed in to the phone app; the firm panel has no such page. If the lost phone is the only device on which you are signed in to the phone app, change your password. Reset it yourself with the «Parolamı unuttum» link on the firm panel’s sign-in page, or ask your firm’s manager to set a new password for you on the «Kullanıcılar» (users) screen of the firm panel (Sign-in and roles). When your password changes, all your sessions on phones end at once. The page shows only what is described above: Tourante keeps no IP address or browser information for these sessions and shows none. The firm panel has no page listing phone sessions. Your firm’s manager ends a staff member’s sessions on phones by setting a new password for that person on the «Kullanıcılar» screen of the firm panel; this ends the sessions on all of that person’s phones at once (Firm settings).

Support access

The Tourante support team can enter your firm’s panel only with the time-limited permission you give. If your installation supports it, you also give, follow and end that permission from the phone: «Destek Erişimi» in the account menu (or the «Destek Erişimi’ne git» link on the «Destek oturumu açık» notice) opens the phone’s counterpart of the «Destek Erişimi» screen of the firm panel (Support and feedback). As in the panel, only the «Yönetici» role sees the page. The phone and the panel show the same access: access you open or end in one applies in the other too. At the top of the page, as in the panel, is the explanation of how the access works.
  • «Şu anki erişim» (current access) — if access is closed, it reads «Erişim kapalı.» (Access closed.). If it is open, it shows who opened it («Açan», opened by), its «Başlangıç» (start) and «Bitiş» (end) times, then, under «Açık destek oturumları» (open support sessions), the support staff member’s name, e-mail address and sign-in time for each open session; if no session is open, it reads «Açık destek oturumu yok.» (No open support session.).
  • «Geçmiş» (history) — the last 20 accesses. Each access shows its start and end times, who opened it and, if it was closed, when and by whom. Below it, for each support session opened during that access, it shows «Destek personeli» (support staff member: name and e-mail address), «Bağlantı istendi» (link requested), «Giriş» (sign-in), «Çıkış» (sign-out), «Durum» (status), «Kapanma nedeni» (reason for closing) and, in the İşlem kaydı (n) line, the number of changes the support team made in that session. An access in which no session was opened reads «Bu erişimde oturum açılmadı.» (No session was opened during this access.).
To open access:
  1. Press the «Destek erişimi ver» (give support access) button in the «Şu anki erişim» section. The form that opens reads «Seçtiğiniz süre boyunca Tourante destek ekibi firmanızın paneline girebilir. Süreyi sonradan uzatamazsınız; gerekirse erişimi kapatıp yeniden açarsınız.» (For the duration you choose, the Tourante support team can enter your firm’s panel. You cannot extend the duration later; if needed, you close the access and open it again.).
  2. Under «Süre» (duration), choose how long the access stays open: 1, 4, 24 or 72 hours. 24 hours is preselected.
  3. Press «Erişimi aç» (open access), or cancel with «Vazgeç» (cancel). The notification «Destek erişimi açıldı» (support access opened) states the date until which the access is valid.
While access is open, «Erişimi kapat» (close access) stands in place of the button. Press it; the «Destek erişimini kapat» (close support access) window that opens reads «Destek erişimi hemen kapanır; açık bir destek oturumu varsa o da sona erer ve Yöneticilere e-posta gider.» (Support access closes at once; if a support session is open, it ends too and an e-mail goes to the managers.). Press «Erişimi kapat» again in the window, or cancel with «Vazgeç». When the access closes, the notification «Destek erişimi kapatıldı» (support access closed) appears. If another manager opened or closed the access, in the panel or on the phone, while you were on the page, the app does not carry out your action: it shows Tourante’s explanation and refreshes the page with the access’s latest state. When the connection drops, or Tourante cannot answer at that moment, the reason and a «Tekrar dene» (try again) button appear: inside the form when you open access, in the notification when you close it. If the page cannot be read, the title «Destek erişimi okunamadı» (support access could not be read) and the «Tekrar dene» button appear. If, in place of the button, it reads «Destek erişimini bu cihazdan açmak ve kapatmak için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To open and close support access from this device, sign out and sign in again.), sign out and sign in again; the button appears. The write log, which shows the changes themselves that the support team made in a session, is not on the phone yet: on the phone you see only the number of changes, in the İşlem kaydı (n) line, and you open the write log on the «Destek Erişimi» screen of the firm panel. The page’s information, including the support staff members’ names and e-mail addresses, is not saved on the phone; the app keeps it in memory only and deletes it when you sign out.

Users

If your installation supports it, «Kullanıcılar» (users) in the account menu opens the list of your firm’s staff. Like the «Kullanıcılar» screen of the firm panel, only the «Yönetici» role sees the page. For now the list on the phone serves one job: resetting the two-step verification of a colleague who cannot reach their authenticator app and recovery codes while you are away from your desk (Sign-in and roles). The list shows each staff member’s name with their role below it; e-mail addresses do not appear on the phone, and agency users are not on the list. You can search by name with the search box at the top and refresh the list by pulling it down. If the search finds nobody, it reads «Sonuç yok» (no results); if the list cannot be read, the title «Kullanıcılar okunamadı» (users could not be read) and the «Tekrar dene» button appear. To reset two-step verification:
  1. Press the «İki Adımlı Doğrulamayı Sıfırla» (reset two-step verification) button on your colleague’s row. As in the panel, the button appears only on the row of a user who has two-step verification on; it does not appear on your own row.
  2. The «İki adımlı doğrulama sıfırlansın mı?» (Reset two-step verification?) window that opens reads «Kullanıcının doğrulama uygulaması ve kurtarma kodları silinir. Kullanıcı Yönetici rolündeyse bir sonraki girişinde yeniden kurmadan hiçbir sayfaya geçemez; değilse parolasıyla girer ve isterse yeniden açar.» (The user’s authenticator app and recovery codes are deleted. If the user has the Yönetici role, they cannot move on to any page at their next sign-in without setting it up again; otherwise they sign in with their password and may turn it on again.). Press «Onayla» (confirm), or cancel with «Vazgeç».
  3. If the user who was reset has the «Yönetici» role, the notification «İki adımlı doğrulama sıfırlandı. Kullanıcı bir sonraki girişinde yeniden kurar.» (Two-step verification has been reset. The user sets it up again at their next sign-in.) appears, otherwise «İki adımlı doğrulama sıfırlandı. Kullanıcı parolasıyla girer; isterse yeniden açar.» (Two-step verification has been reset. The user signs in with their password and may turn it on again.), and the button disappears from that row.
When the connection drops, or Tourante cannot answer at that moment, the notification also offers «Tekrar dene». If, above the list, it reads «İki adımlı doğrulamayı bu cihazdan sıfırlamak için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To reset two-step verification from this device, sign out and sign in again.), sign out and sign in again; the buttons on the rows appear. A reset does not end your colleague’s sessions on phones and is not recorded anywhere. Who reset whose two-step verification, and when, is kept neither on the phone nor in the panel; no e-mail or bell notification goes to the person reset or to any other manager; only the person doing the reset sees the message on their screen. A reset done in the panel is the same. A reset is not enough to cut off the sessions on a lost phone: change that person’s password on the «Kullanıcılar» screen of the firm panel. When a user’s password changes, all of their sessions on phones end (Firm settings). Creating, editing (name, e-mail, password, role), deleting and importing users from Excel are not on the phone yet; you do them on the «Kullanıcılar» screen of the firm panel. The list is not saved on the phone; it is kept in memory only.

Feedback

If your installation supports it, «Geri Bildirim» (feedback) in the account menu opens the phone’s counterpart of the «Geri Bildirim» screen of the firm panel (Support and feedback). As in the panel, every user of the firm sees the page, and the list holds all of the firm’s feedback; the same records appear on the phone and in the panel. Each row shows the record’s title, its type and priority, its status, the person who opened it («Silinmiş kullanıcı», deleted user, if that person is no longer a user), its date and, if it has attachments, their number. You can search by title with the search box at the top and refresh the list by pulling it down; the panel’s filters by type, status and priority are not on the phone yet. If there are no records, it reads «Henüz geri bildirim yok» (no feedback yet); if the search finds no record, it reads «Sonuç yok» (no results); if the list cannot be read, the title «Geri bildirimler okunamadı» (feedback could not be read) and the «Tekrar dene» button appear. On a tablet the list opens on the left and the record you choose on the right. Tapping a row opens the record. The «Geri bildirim» (feedback) section shows the record’s type, priority, title, description and, if it was filled in, its step-by-step reproduction. If files were attached to the record, the «Ekli dosyalar» (attached files) section lists each file’s name with a download icon (its tooltip reads «İndir»). The «Değerlendirme» (assessment) section shows the record’s status, the Tourante team’s answer if it has answered and, if further information was added, the «Ek bilgi geçmişi» (further information history). If the record cannot be read, the title «Geri bildirim okunamadı» (feedback could not be read) and the «Tekrar dene» button appear. To send an attached file to another app, press the download icon (tooltip: «İndir») beside the file. While the file is being prepared it reads «Dosya hazırlanıyor…» (preparing the file…); then your phone’s share menu opens and you choose the app to send the file to (an e-mail or files app, for example). The app does not open or display the file itself; the file goes to the share menu under the name Tourante gives it (the uploaded name in plain letters: Turkish letters are simplified and spaces become hyphens). If the share menu cannot open, the notification «Dosya paylaşılamadı» (the file could not be shared) appears. If the file cannot be downloaded, a notification giving the reason appears; when the connection drops, or Tourante cannot answer at that moment, the notification also offers «Tekrar dene». To send new feedback:
  1. Press the «Yeni geri bildirim» (new feedback) button above the list. The «Geri bildirim gönder» (send feedback) window opens.
  2. Choose «Tür» (type) and «Öncelik» (priority).
  3. Fill in the «Başlık» (title) and «Açıklama» (description) fields. If you like, write in the «Adım adım tekrar» (step-by-step reproduction) field what you did, what you expected and what happened; below the field it reads «Ne yaptınız, ne bekliyordunuz, ne oldu?» (What did you do, what did you expect, what happened?).
  4. If your installation supports it, the window also holds the «Ekler» (attachments) field: if you like, press «Ekle» (add) in the field and choose one or more photos or screenshots from your phone’s gallery. Each photo you choose appears in the field under the name the app gives it (ek-1.jpg, for example), with a remove icon beside it; in the field, above the photos, it says how many more files you can add.
  5. Press the «Gönder» (send) button, or cancel with «Vazgeç». If you chose photos, they are sent one by one once the record has been opened, and meanwhile it reads «Fotoğraf gönderiliyor…» (sending the photo…). Then the notification «Geri bildiriminiz alındı» (your feedback has been received) appears and the new record opens.
The person who opened a record, or a manager, can add further information to it whatever its status: press «Ek bilgi» (further information) on the record, write what you want to add in the «Ek bilgi» field of the «Ek bilgi ekle» (add further information) window that opens, and press the «Ekle» (add) button. The notification «Ek bilgi kaydedildi» (further information saved) appears; what you wrote is added with the date and your name to the record’s «Ek bilgi geçmişi» section. Further information added from the phone and from the panel gathers in the same history. If your installation supports it, the «Ek bilgi ekle» window also holds the «Ek dosya» (additional file) field: with «Ekle» in the field you choose photos from your gallery; they are added to the record one by one after what you wrote has been saved. If the record already holds five files, in place of the field a line appears saying that the record can carry at most five attachments and that the limit has been reached. While a record is «Yeni» (new), the person who opened it, or a manager, can delete it: press «Sil» (delete) on the record; the window that opens reads «Bunu yapmak istediğinizden emin misiniz?» (Are you sure you want to do this?). Press «Sil» in the window again, or cancel with «Vazgeç». When the record is deleted, the notification «Silindi» (deleted) appears and the list opens again. Once the Tourante team takes up the record, it is locked and the «Sil» button does not appear. If an action cannot be completed, a notification giving the reason appears; when the connection drops, or Tourante cannot answer at that moment, «Tekrar dene» sends what you wrote again unchanged. If, above the list, it reads «Geri bildirimi bu cihazdan göndermek, bilgi eklemek veya silmek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To send feedback, add information or delete it from this device, sign out and sign in again.), sign out and sign in again; the buttons appear. If your firm’s licence is closed, the phone shows the block screen and the «Geri Bildirim» page does not open either: you report that you cannot get into the panel with the «Geri Bildirim» button on the page the panel opens while the licence is closed (Sign-in and roles). From the phone you add only photos and screenshots from your gallery, as JPEG or PNG; the app does not open the camera. A record carries at most five files, those added in the panel and on the phone together. On an iPhone a photo in HEIC format arrives as a JPEG. If you choose a file the app cannot add, the notification «Bu dosya eklenemedi: yalnız JPEG veya PNG fotoğraf eklenebilir.» (This file could not be added: only a JPEG or PNG photo can be added.) appears and the file is not added. Other files, such as a PDF, a Word file or an e-mail file, you add from the firm panel. If a photo cannot be sent, the window stays open and gives the reason: when the connection drops, or Tourante cannot answer at that moment, «Tekrar dene» sends the same photo again; if the photo is not accepted, you pass over it with «Bu fotoğrafı atla» (skip this photo) and send the rest. If you close the window at that point, what you wrote stays on the record and the photos not yet sent are not added. Editing a record’s type, priority, title, description and steps is also done in the firm panel. Every user of the firm sees the records, their attached files and the further information; they also see a guest’s, an agency’s or a colleague’s name that you write in a description or in further information. The Tourante team reads all records; on a record you open from the phone, the app’s version and the device type (iOS or Android) take the place of the browser information, which only the Tourante team sees. The records, the further information and the Tourante team’s answer are not saved on the phone: the app keeps them in memory only while your session is open and deletes them when you sign out; text you have written but not yet sent stays only while the window is open. A file you download stays in the app’s temporary folder only while the share menu is open and is deleted when the menu closes (on Android, the share component’s own copy remains until the next share). You choose where to send the file. From the phone only the photos you choose from the gallery go to Tourante as files; other files go from the panel. Your firm’s Tourante installation writes each photo anew before it stores it and removes the photo’s location and the other hidden data in it; only the picture itself reaches the record, your firm’s users and the Tourante team. The copy of the photo you chose in the app’s temporary folder is deleted once its sending is answered or the window closes; the photo itself stays in your gallery. If the iPhone asks for permission to access your gallery, the permission window reads “Geri bildirime ekran görüntüsü veya fotoğraf eklemek için galerinize erişim gerekebilir.” (Access to your gallery may be needed to add a screenshot or a photo to feedback.)

Parts that depend on your installation

Some screens, sections and buttons of the app appear only when your firm’s Tourante installation offers them. If you cannot see a button described in this guide, the module concerned may be off or your installation may not have been updated yet; ask your firm’s manager. In some sections, in place of the buttons, you may see a line such as «Notları bu cihazdan eklemek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To add notes from this device, sign out and sign in again.). This means that your session started before these actions were made available. When you sign out and sign in again, the buttons appear. Moving a file’s status back, cancelling a file and undoing its cancellation, changing the flight badges, managing the survey, hiding survey responses and switching option e-mails off and on are such actions too: if your session started before these actions, signing out and signing in again once is enough. In that case the flight badges do not change when tapped, and the option e-mails button in the account menu does not appear at all. Cancelling a request is such an action too: if your session started before this action, on the request’s page, in place of the button, it reads «Talebi bu cihazdan iptal etmek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To cancel the request from this device, sign out and sign in again.); when you sign out and sign in again, the button appears. For marking the transfer list as copied and for adding, editing or cancelling transfers entered by hand, you may see, in place of the buttons, the line «Listeyi kopyaladım olarak işaretlemek ve elle girilen transferleri bu cihazdan eklemek, düzenlemek veya iptal etmek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To mark the list as copied and to add, edit or cancel transfers entered by hand from this device, sign out and sign in again.), and for adding and anonymising guests, the line «Misafir listesini bu cihazdan değiştirmek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To change the guest list from this device, sign out and sign in again.). These two lines appear in sessions in which you cannot change a transfer’s time and vehicle, or the guest list, from the phone either. Sending to the agency, marking an offer as sent and opening the offer’s file are such actions too: if your session started before these actions, on the «Konfirmasyon» card it reads «Konfirmasyonu bu cihazdan acenteye göndermek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To send the confirmation to the agency from this device, sign out and sign in again.), in the survey section «Anket bağlantısını bu cihazdan acenteye göndermek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To send the survey link to the agency from this device, sign out and sign in again.), and on the offer’s page «Teklifi bu cihazdan acenteye göndermek, gönderildi olarak işaretlemek veya teklifin dosyasını açmak için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To send the offer to the agency, mark it as sent or open the offer’s file from this device, sign out and sign in again.). When you sign out and sign in again, the buttons appear. Editing a departure, its buses and its reservations from the phone are such actions too: if your session started before these actions, on the departure’s page it reads «Deparı ve otobüslerini bu cihazdan düzenlemek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To edit the departure and its buses from this device, sign out and sign in again.), and in the «Rezervasyonlar» (reservations) section «Rezervasyonları bu cihazdan düzenlemek için çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To edit the reservations from this device, sign out and sign in again.). When you sign out and sign in again, the buttons appear. Adding a conversation to a supplier or hotel card is such an action too: if your session started before this action, in the card’s «Görüşme Geçmişi» (contact log) section, in place of the «Görüşme Ekle» (add a call) button, it reads «Görüşme eklemek için bu cihazdan çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.» (To add a conversation from this device, sign out and sign in again.); when you sign out and sign in again, the button appears (Agencies and suppliers on the phone). Opening and closing support access and resetting a colleague’s two-step verification are such actions too: if your session started before these actions, the lines above stand in place of the button on the «Destek Erişimi» page and above the list on the «Kullanıcılar» page (above, in the “Support access” and “Users” sections). Sending feedback, adding further information to a record and deleting a record are such actions too: if your session started before these actions, the line above stands above the list on the «Geri Bildirim» page (above, in the “Feedback” section).
