«Panelim» (my panel) is the first screen that opens when you sign in to the firm panel. Everyone who can open the firm panel sees this screen; the blocks inside it, however, change with your role and with the modules switched on for your firm. If a block does not apply to you, it does not appear at all.

Personal blocks

These blocks show the files assigned to you that are still ongoing. All of them need the «Operasyonlar» (operations) module to be switched on for your firm.
  • Summary boxes — the four boxes at the top: «Aktif Dosya» (active files: the number of ongoing files you are the assignee of), «Opsiyonda» (on option: how many of these files are on option), «En Yakın Opsiyon» (nearest option: the nearest deadline among your open options) and «Portföyüm» (my portfolio: the total sales amount of your ongoing files, in euros). Managers also see the value «Firma Kârı (bu yıl)» (firm profit, this year) in a fifth box: the firm-wide profit of the confirmed and completed files whose tour takes place this year.
  • «Yaklaşan Opsiyonlarım» (my upcoming options) — the open options in your files whose deadline falls within 7 days, and those that have expired. The expired ones are at the top. The countdown badge is red in the last three days and yellow in the last seven days.
  • «Dosyalarım» (my files) — the ongoing files you are the assignee of, the newest at the top. Clicking a row opens the file (Operation files). The «Dış hat» (international) and «İç hat» (domestic) badges on the row change when you click them, as on the file page. The «Durum» (status) button lists the steps you can take on the file under «Ne yapılsın?» (what should be done?): the next step (for example «Opsiyona Al», put on option), «Dosyayı İptal Et» (cancel file, with an «İptal nedeni», cancellation reason) and, if you are a manager, «Geri Al» (step back); choose one and press the «Uygula» (apply) button. If the file’s status was changed by another action after you opened the window, the change is not saved and you are asked to refresh the page. The «Not» (note) button shows the file’s latest note and lets you add a new note to the file’s «Notlar» (notes) section.
  • «Takip Maddelerim» (my follow-up items) — the open follow-up items assigned to you; the overdue ones are at the top. This block also needs the «Takip» (follow-up) module to be switched on (Follow-ups).

The manager’s blocks

The blocks below show the whole firm and are visible only to the «Yönetici» (manager) role.
  • «Durum Sayaçları» (status counters) — the number of all of the firm’s files by status: «Teklif» (offer), «Opsiyonda», «Konfirme» (confirmed), «Tamamlandı» (completed) and «İptal» (cancelled).
  • «Kritik Opsiyonlar» (critical options) — across all of the firm’s ongoing files, the open options whose deadline falls within 7 days or has passed, with their assignees. A file without an assignee shows a red «Atanmamış» (unassigned) badge.
  • «Geciken Tahsilatlar» (overdue collections) — the files whose payment plan holds an amount past its due date and not yet collected, the oldest delay at the top. This block also needs the «Faturalama» (invoicing) module to be switched on.
  • «Ekip Özeti» (team summary) — each staff member’s number of ongoing files, portfolio and next group; at the bottom, the files with no assignee. Clicking a person’s name opens the file list with that person’s files. The «Tüm Aktif Dosyalar» (all active files) button lists all ongoing files.
  • «Tüm Aktif Dosyalar» — all of the firm’s ongoing files, on this screen: file number, agency, assignee, date and status; the earliest start date at the top. No amount and no profit are shown. Clicking a row opens the file.
  • «Atama Uyarıları» (assignment warnings) — the files with no assignee or whose assignment is awaiting approval. On a file awaiting approval, you approve the assignment with «Atamayı Onayla» (approve assignment); with «Sorumluyu Değiştir» (change assignee) you make another staff member the assignee.
When a new file is opened from the offer screen, the agency’s default representative becomes the file’s assignee and the assignment awaits the manager’s approval. These files appear in the «Atama Uyarıları» block.

Option e-mails

When your options’ deadlines approach, you also receive e-mails; they come in your firm’s look, with your logo or your name at the top. You can switch these e-mails off and on with the button at the top of the page:
  1. Press the «Opsiyon e-postalarını kapat» (switch off option e-mails) button (if they are off, the button is called «Opsiyon e-postalarını aç» (switch on option e-mails)).
  2. In the window that opens, press the «Onayla» (confirm) button. The notification «Opsiyon e-postaları kapatıldı.» (Option e-mails have been switched off.) appears.
This preference is yours alone and affects only the option deadline e-mails. The notifications inside the panel (the bell) keep coming; the pro forma invoice e-mails you send are not affected by this preference either. For a new user, option e-mails are on. The bell in the top bar collects the panel’s notifications. For example:
  • «Opsiyon son 3 güne girdi» (option has entered its last 3 days) and «Opsiyon süresi geçti» (option has expired) — for the options in your files.
  • «Dosya size atandı» (file assigned to you) — when you are made the assignee of a file.
  • «Yeni dosya onay bekliyor» (new file awaiting approval) — to managers, when a new file is opened.
  • «Ödeme gecikti» (payment overdue) — when a due date in the payment plan passes.
  • «Takip maddesinin son günü bugün» (today is the follow-up item’s last day) and «Takip maddesi gecikti» (follow-up item overdue) — for your follow-up items.
The search box in the top bar searches, within the screens you are authorised to see, among customers, hotels, hotel prices, cost items, segments, suppliers, users and feedback. Requests, offers and operation files do not come up in this search; search for them in their own lists.
